Customer Images and Personalized Content

Holoframe™ products are created using photographs, artwork, and other content provided by our customers (“Customer Content”).

Holoframe™ is operated by Spark Stack Inc., and Customer Content submitted through TheHoloframe.com is processed by or on behalf of Spark Stack Inc.

How We Use Your Images

We primarily use Customer Content to:

  • Generate and design your personalized Holoframe™

  • Create previews of your product

  • Manufacture your Holoframe™

  • Fulfill and support your order

  • Resolve customer service, quality, or refund issues

  • Maintain and improve the operation of our product-creation systems

We do not sell customer-uploaded images to data brokers or other companies.

We do not use customer-uploaded images to create biometric identifiers or for facial recognition.

We do not use customer-uploaded images to train public artificial intelligence models.

Featuring Holoframe™ Products

From time to time, Spark Stack Inc. may select completed Holoframe™ products, product previews, photographs of completed products, or Customer Content incorporated into a Holoframe™ to feature in Holoframe™ marketing and promotional materials, subject to the rights and permissions granted to us under our Terms of Service.

This may include displaying selected Holoframe™ products or content on:

  • Holoframe™ social media accounts

  • TheHoloframe.com

  • Spark Stack Inc. websites or social media

  • Digital advertisements

  • Email or SMS marketing

  • Promotional videos

  • Product demonstrations

  • Other marketing or promotional materials relating to Holoframe™

Customers retain ownership of the original content they upload. Any use by Spark Stack Inc. is made pursuant to the license and permissions described in our Terms of Service.

We will not represent that a person depicted in Customer Content personally endorses Holoframe™ unless we have an appropriate basis to make that representation.

Images Containing Other People

Customer Content may contain the name, photograph, likeness, or other information of another person.

By submitting Customer Content, you represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide that content to Spark Stack Inc. and to grant the permissions described in our Terms of Service.

If Customer Content depicts a minor and permissions are required for the uses authorized under our Terms, you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian or otherwise have the legal authority necessary to provide those permissions.

Image Storage and Deletion

Customer images used solely for the creation and fulfillment of an order are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to create, manufacture, fulfill, and support that order.

After those images are no longer reasonably required for those purposes, we delete them from our active production systems.

However, if Customer Content or a completed Holoframe™ has been selected and lawfully retained for marketing, promotional, legal, fraud-prevention, customer-support, or other purposes permitted under our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, that copy may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose.

Limited copies of deleted content may also temporarily remain in encrypted backups, caches, logs, or third-party systems until those copies are overwritten or deleted according to normal retention schedules.
